Photogame rules
We need a shot
Mail your pictures in large to high resolution.
We only accept one picture per mail.
With every picture we need:
- name and country of the photographer
- if there is a recognizable person in the picture we need his /her name
- location, country of the place/spot/shot
- a suggestion for a title of the picture
- comment is welcome
The photo contest starts on March 19 2010 and will end September 15 2010.
Entries must be submitted by the original photographer.
If the photograph contains any material or elements that are not owned by the entrant and/or which are subject to the rights of third parties, and/or if any persons appear in the photograph, the entrant is responsible for obtaining, prior to submission of the photograph, any and all releases and consents necessary to permit use of the photograph.
The Photographer acknowledges that Shinnboarding.com prohibits any Image that infringes on any patent, trademark, copyright, right to privacy, right to publicity, or any other applicable law or proprietary right.
The Photographer hereby grants Shinnboarding.com a license to post the Image on its web site and to deliver it to its audience, affiliates or other representatives, through different media channels.
